Ginger is the kind of teacher that goes unnoticed in my opinion. She has taught special education for 30 years and has a heart of gold when it comes to her student’s or her “kids” as she would say. In addition to all of her classroom duties, Ginger also makes sure her kids are taken care of outside the classroom, whether its buying school supplies, snacks for them to have at break time, or a pair of shoes if theirs are worn out. She never thinks twice about reaching into her own pocket to provide for them. She is one of the unsung heroes if you ask me.
