Entering her classroom is like entering a world of science. She has animals, bones, fish tanks and it is painted like a jungle. She makes learning fun! Lisa goes more than an “extra mile” with hurt students. She gives them time to stretch their imaginations, exercise their minds, and widen their horizons. She fills her room with fun toys that allow her children to learn how the world works as they play. She is quiet and kind, leading her students to be respectful by her good example. I feel privileged to work with her.
Mary Hanson goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our students. She is constantly learning new technology practices to keep her students engaged and excited to learn. She is an asset to our school by planning and carrying out new programs to make the students feel loved and cared for. One example is the Holiday Hopes initiative we did this year. The students adore her and she has a great relationship with all staff.
Karlee is a wonderful person and teacher! She loves and cares for all of her students and truly loves being a teacher!
I would like to nominate Ms. Nichols because she has a positive effect on her students as well as the parents. Parents who have younger children want their kids to have her as their teacher. She’s such a great teacher and person. She impacts so many children’s lives positively and encourages them to do their best. All her students love her.
Karlee is the type of teacher that kids remember, she makes education fun. She enjoys every aspect of her job and genuinely cares about her students. She is one of the hardest working women I know, she just went back to school for a masters to better educate herself so she can become better than what she already is!
